Where you are a antique picker, antique collector or antique dealer, the Indiana Antique Alley is a destination that you have to visit.
Indiana’s Antique Alley is centered in east central Indiana between Knightstown and Richmond and it extends north toward Portland and Winchester.
There are two different trails to follow because it is going to take you more than one day to make the rounds of all these antique dealer shops
Trail #1 follows along US 40 and Sr 38. It includes Knightstown, Cambridge City, Centerville, Richmond and Hagerstown. There is no official count, but it is estimated that there are about 900 different antique dealers selling their antiques at various shops along this trail.
Trail #2 takes you north on US 27 toward Portland where you will find all kinds of rare antiques.
Not only is there all thses antique shops and malls in this area, but there are several other things to do that you will want to do while you are in the area.
There are several good place to eat while you are hunting your treasure and there are several entertainment options that you should plan on taking in while you are in the area.
You can watch in a play, visit a winery, head to an apple orchard that features a petting zoo or even visit a state park.
There are also several festivals throughout the area that you can enjoy while exploring the local antique malls, antique shops and antique dealers.
